Workflows

Can I add more than one solution?

Today we are limiting Socure Launch customers to 1 solution. That said, if you want to change your solution or really need to add a second, please reach out to [email protected].

Changing the workflow or integration method?

Yes! Please either "Chat with Socure" or email [email protected].


Integration

I’m developing with a different framework. Do you have docs specifically for me?

The integration guide in your sandbox is written for React and Next.js, but our main documentation site is more language agnostic (cURL, JSON). You could also download the markdown file and have an LLM/agent convert it into whatever language/platform works with your stack.

Do you have a test repo I can see?

We don’t currently have a test repo, but if you express interest to our support team, it’s something we can look into.

Are these sandbox evaluations real?

No, you won’t be able to get through a real interaction until you push to production. If you'd like to test different cases, we have a test case collection that you can replace your data with to see different outcomes.

Do I have to integrate this into a working frontend in order to get a DI session token?

Yes, you will need to initialize the session token in the frontend on a device (you can use your local machine), then pass that token back to your server.


Credits

How do the credits work?

All Socure Launch customers are granted $1,000.00 in free credits monthly. Depending on your solution, this will obviously equate to a varying number of API calls.

When do I get charged for an evaluation?

You get charged based on the number of evaluations initiated.

My customers are not completing the workflow, but I am still getting charged. Is this to be expected?

Yes. We charge based on the number of initiated evaluations.


System thresholds

Is there a rate limit?

Yes, we have a 1 evaluation per second rate limit.

Can I change my rate limit?

Not in all cases, but yes, you can. Please reach out to [email protected]. When doing so, please share a little about your use case and reason for the request (seasonality, growth, etc.). It may be that it is time for you to upgrade to enterprise.

Is there a daily, weekly, or monthly transaction limit?

We have a Daily Evaluation Limit of 500 evaluations.


System requirements and compatibility

What does 'For US Evaluations Only' mean?

"For US Evaluations Only" means that the selected solution, data sources, and decisioning logic are currently designed to support identity verification and risk assessment for individuals within the United States.

This includes:

  • US-based identity data (for examle, SSN, address, phone, email)
  • US regulatory and compliance considerations
  • Data coverage and model performance optimized for US populations

Evaluations submitted for non-US individuals may result in incomplete data, reduced accuracy, or inability to return a decision.

A great place to start is our Solutions for Startups documentation. There you find detailed information about how our products work. Great for both technical and non-technical individuals.

Setup and configuration

What if I want to change my configurations?

Please reach out to [email protected]. Depending on the exact needs they may be able to help. We will be publishing our planned feature releases soon!

Can I edit my workflow?

Unfortunately, you cannot edit the workflow at this time. We will be adding the ability to configure certain aspects of workflows within Socure Launch soon. In the meantime, reach out to[email protected].

Evaluations

What is an Evaluation?

An API request to the Evaluation endpoint to assess risk of applications, events, or transactions occurring in your product. Each evaluation returns a decision and detailed reasoning.

Can I edit an Evaluation outcome?

Not today. We do offer that functionality in our enterprise offering. We may have that coming soon to Socure Launch.

Where do I see the results of our evaluations?

You can see your evaluation results under the "Evaluations" tab in the left hand navigation.
