RiskOS™ Authentication Overview

Socure offers two authentication options to log in to RiskOS™: Password-based authentication and SAML Single Sign On (SSO).

These options allow your organization to choose a preferred login method based on their existing user management system. Once your user profile is configured, your account administrator will provide you with instructions on how to log in to RiskOS™.

Password-based authentication

Password-based authentication option allows you to login using an email and password.

Password recovery

If you've forgotten your password, you can regain access to RiskOS™ using the magic link feature. Alternatively, reset your password to a new one before accessing the platform. See Reset Password for more information.

SAML Single Sign On (SSO)

SAML SSO is a mechanism that leverages SAML to allow users within your organization to log on to RiskOS™ after logging in to the identity provider. For more details, see SAML.
