Compliance Reports

Compliance reports in RiskOS™ allow you to generate and download a CSV file that contains all your account's transaction or user activity.

Search and filter

Use the search feature to find a report by name or creator. You can also filter your report list by type, subtype, status, or configuration date.

Status

The Status column on the compliance reports page indicates the current state of each report using the following values:

• SUCCESS: The report has been successfully generated and is ready for download.
• IN PROGRESS: The system is currently generating the report.
• PENDING: The report is queued and awaiting generation.
• ERROR: An error occurred during the report generation process.

Users

The compliance reports page is available to users with Account Owner, Administrator, and Fraud Analyst roles. For more information, see System Defined Roles in RiskOS™.
