Case Re-Evaluation
Note:
The Case Re-Evaluation feature must be enabled for your account. Contact your Account Manager if you need assistance.
If a case evaluation is incomplete (for example, due to a data error), a reviewer can rerun the application. Only cases assigned to a user can be rerun. Rerunning a case creates a new evaluation with a unique Evaluation ID, which is linked to the original by the same Application ID. You can find the new evaluation using the search feature or through the Connected Evaluation section in Case View.
After the evaluation is complete, the new Case ID is displayed. You can open the new evaluation in a separate tab to review the results.
