Browser, screen resolution, and device requirements for the RiskOS™ Dashboard.
The RiskOS™ Dashboard is a web application optimized for desktop browsers. Before you access the RiskOS™ Dashboard, verify that your environment meets the following requirements.
Screen resolution

If your browser viewport is 1024 px wide or narrower, the Dashboard displays a blocking message and prevents access. Resize your browser window or switch to a higher-resolution display to continue.
Tip:
The viewport width depends on both your screen resolution and your browser zoom level. If you see the "not optimized for this screen size" message, try resetting your browser zoom to 100%.

RiskOS™ supports the latest two major versions of the following desktop browsers:

The RiskOS™ Dashboard requires the following browser features:

Important:
If your organization uses a browser policy that disables JavaScript, cookies, or localStorage, the Dashboard doesn't load or authenticate.

Your network must allow outbound HTTPS traffic to Socure domains. If your organization uses a firewall or proxy, verify that it permits traffic to *.socure.us.
