Add basic Prefill or Advanced Prefill to your workflow for faster onboarding and enriched identity data.
What is Prefill?
The Prefill module provides fast and trusted identity autofill, powered by the Identity Graph. With only a few pieces of personally identifiable information (PII), Prefill can automatically return complete and accurate identity details such as name, name aliases, date of birth, national ID, and addresses. What can be done with this information is determined by which type of Prefill is selected.
With basic Prefill, this capability may be used for internal business purposes such as:
- Enriching user profiles
- Blocking mismatched identities at the door
With Advanced Prefill, in addition to the above, this data may be displayed to the consumer for the purposes of:
- Accelerating onboarding
- Reducing manual entry for your customer
At the core of Prefill is SocureID, a graph-resolved identifier linked to a real person, confirmed across credit, alt-data, government, and behavioral sources. If inputs can’t resolve to a SocureID, no data is returned.

Input requirements
At minimum at least one strong identity attribute must be used for Prefill to operate. Generally, the more optional identifier fields included, the stronger Prefill will perform. For specific allowable input combinations, please contact your Socure representative.
