Product Configuration
Configure enrichment steps and product settings for Channel Partner client accounts in RiskOS™.
As a Channel Partner administrator, you configure enrichment steps and product settings for client accounts from Settings > Product Configuration in the sidebar. The configuration options available depend on whether the account operates as a standalone or managed account, and on the client's tier.
Product settings work the same way for Channel Partners, their client accounts, and direct customers. Before you configure a client's products:
Switch into the client's account first — or configure from your management account if you want settings to inherit across clients. Centrally Managed clients have view-only access; the Channel Partner must make all changes.
