How are cases created in RiskOS™?

Cases are created automatically when certain risk rules are triggered within workflows and the decision is manual review.

Can I customize statuses?

Yes. Organizations can configure sub-statuses (associated with the statuses Open, On Hold, and Closed) based on their requirements.

Is it possible to attach supporting documents or evidence to a case?

RiskOS™ allows users to attach files, screenshots, or notes to cases for documentation and audit purposes.

How do I resolve or close a case in RiskOS™?

Cases can be closed once the investigation is complete, with final outcomes and mitigation steps recorded for compliance, and an audit trail maintained for future reference.

Cases aren't showing up in the Case Queue

Double-check that your workflow decisioning steps are configured to send the case to the correct queue. A common issue is forgetting to assign a queue to a decision step.

Some Case View enrichment tiles don't show any data

If some—but not all—enrichment tiles do not show data, it is likely the workflow was decisioned before reaching that enrichment step. Review the Decision Path for the case to confirm which enrichment steps were triggered.

I need to find a case that was automatically decisioned

The All Cases list contains every case for a specific use case. Use sorting and filtering tools to locate cases, or use the search functionality if you know details such as the Evaluation ID.
