The Manual Evaluations and Feedback tools in RiskOS™ give reviewers the ability to directly influence system outcomes and model performance. This section covers:

• Manual Evaluations: Perform hands-on reviews of flagged cases. Analysts can confirm, override, or escalate automated decisions to ensure accuracy in complex or edge scenarios.
• Manual Fraud Feedback: Allows authorized reviewers to directly label a case as fraudulent or not fraudulent during the manual case review process, providing detailed notes and visual audit history on the Case Management page
