Persistent Profiles

Persistent Profiles is a dashboard view that unifies every known interaction and linkage across your ecosystem for a specific user, device, email, phone number, IP address, or any custom entity. Profiles organize historical activity into filterable timeline and table views, alongside one-hop relationship exploration. Investigators can use them to understand behavior over time, uncover hidden connections, and investigate fraud more efficiently.

You can open a profile from any of these places:

• A case
• The search bar
• The Profiles tab in the left sidebar
