Global coverage
Advanced Prefill is available globally. The workflow automatically adapts inputs and returned fields based on what is legally accessible and reliable in each country.
Available for users in:
The service automatically adjusts which identity fields can be returned, depending on what is legally available and locally reliable. In most markets, you’ll receive core fields like name, national ID, and address. In some, coverage may be limited to subsets of these fields.
Industries it fits
- Financial services: Account opening, CIP/KYC verification, progressive onboarding
- E-commerce: Account creation, checkout autofill, payment risk reduction
- Telecom: New SIM registration, digital account activation
- Insurance: Digital enrollment, policy renewals with verified PII
- Government & public sector: Eligibility verification, benefits distribution
- Healthcare: Patient or member verification with minimal form input
Advanced Prefill can operate as a standalone prefill solution or as the initial step in a broader onboarding process preceding full KYC and fraud evaluation.
Data coverage limitations
- Field-level coverage (for example, name, national ID, address, or email) varies by country based on data availability and local regulations.
- Global coverage expands automatically as new carrier and data partnerships are established.
Performance considerations
Typical production benchmarks:
- Median response time: < 300 ms
- Coverage: > 99 % of U.S. adults; strong international coverage
- Step-up rate: < 20 % of sessions require OTP or DocV
Actual results vary depending on your integration setup, data coverage, and configured risk thresholds.
Carrier and enrichment coverage
- SIM Swap and Silent Network Authentication (SNA) require carrier approval and network participation to be enabled in production.
- Carrier-dependent enrichments such as SIM Swap and Silent Network Authentication (SNA) are currently available only for major U.S. carriers: AT&T, Verizon, and T-Mobile.
- For all other carriers, including international numbers, RiskOS automatically adjusts behavior to ensure the workflow completes successfully.
| Region / Carrier Type | SIM Swap | SNA | Fallback behavior |
|---|---|---|---|
| U.S. (AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile) | ✓ Supported | ✓ Supported | Uses SNA first, OTP if needed |
| U.S. MVNOs (e.g., Google Fi, Cricket) | ⚠ May not be eligible | ⚠ May not be eligible | Falls back to OTP |
| Non-U.S. Carriers (e.g., Vodafone UK, Orange FR) | ✗ Not supported | ✗ Not supported | Uses OTP only |
When a carrier does not support SIM Swap or SNA, we will use OTP to validate possession of the phone number.
