General product behavior
Can I use different PII input elements?
Yes. The solution is designed to be flexible and can accept various forms of personally identifiable information (PII) for verification and Prefill.
Do I have to update my Terms and Conditions to use SNA/SIM?
Yes. Mobile carriers require that references to Silent Network Authentication (SNA) and SIM-based verification be explicitly included in your Terms and Conditions for privacy compliance.
Am I able to change the workflow?
Workflow customization is supported after the Prefill step.
For security reasons, the logic that occurs before Prefill cannot be modified.
